Glenn Jarvis is an attorney with more than 40 years of experience in the field of water law. He has handled many important water transactions and cases as lead counsel, while also serving as an expert witness in other cases. He often advises water districts, river authorities and landowners on the nuances of state and federal water law and serves on advisory committees of regulatory agencies. Mr. Jarvis is also a frequent presenter at water law conferences in the United States and Mexico.
